The NEW ROUTE 226 was added to Route 26 to provide an alternative for customers who need to travel west on Route 26 without having to go to the Sainte-Dorothée station. Customers heading to the Montmorency metro, customers can choose between the 26 or the 226: the route is the same for both lines from the intersection of Sylvie and Dandurand streets all the way to the metro.

Balancing ridership between the two routes makes travel more comfortable.

• See the schedule for 226O – Destination Sainte-Dorothée - Ending at Samson Blvd: This route starts at the Montmorency metro station and stops at the intersection of Rue Sylvie and Rue Dandurand near Boulevard Samson.
• See the schedule for 226E – Destination Métro Montmorency: This route starts at the intersection of Rue Sylvie and Rue Dandurand near Boulevard Samson and stops at the Montmorency metro station.
